This was the situation in 2018 – see the mess. The exit of the main emergency stair case is shown. 3 meters away from the management office entrance. 100s of people may want to get out of here in case of a fire. How we know it is a picture from 2018? See the old fire detectors, they exchanged them for new ones.
This is about the only improvement after government officials visited the building – the mess blocking emergency exits disappeared.
