Fire safety is not taken care of in Evergreen View Tower
Government inspectors made it clear during visits in July and August 2020: What co-owners feared (and know for a long time) is true: this building would become a death trap in case of a fire.
This was the position of the management before Government inspectors came to the building:
Since the visit of the officials in July and August 2020 no improvements can be seen. Still no water from some fire housing water valves. No information from JPM/Management/committee about any improvements.
The management again promised to do their best September 5. 2021. Weeks later, after requesting an update, management replied they would wait for offers to fix the problems. Several weeks later, of course, NOTHING happens. At least NO improvements can be seen as of posting this article.
