Are foreigners treated second class?
For months the entrance in the second floor is not secured, anyone can come in any time unnoticed. Foreigner is asked what it is his business to use the entrance in the second floor. This was September 29, 2021. Exactly 2 months later, after NOTHING was done to secure this entrance a Thai national ask about the same problem.
What does the management say?
The second floor is the office floor. I don't know what your need is. Why are you down here? We don't have the housemates using this floor anyway. Please use the elevator and get off on the normal floor.
What does the management say?
In fact, it's not hard for other housekeepers because they use elevators up and down along the lane they usually use for the first floor lobby, but I don't know what the meaning of your intention to use the second floor to walk around the building is. Please explain the egg statement to the other people. Since we always have security guards to take care of the entry and exit of the building and take notes of the contact, we have to see what the intention is.
What does the management say?
I always record all about anything but I also confusing about this topics we did it and try to make it better
Different answer if a Thai national ask about exactly the same problem - months later
Co-owner saying:
@Evergreen Corporation requested to inform the entrance and exit doors, building, parking lot on the 2nd floor.
Doors can go in and out without a card. Yes.
The lights are on, but not locked.
Please tell the legal professional to look into it’s okay. For safety’s sake.
Two points.
1)Entrance point and exit_parking
2)Entrance Gate Point_Building_Lift
Management answer: Copy that. If the housekeeper opens the door in the wrong direction, there are frequent cases. I’ll have the technician take corrective action.
