By law a meeting must been held not later than Dec 29

To stay legal they most likely plan it for December 26, 2021. They hope that during Christmas not so many people are in town. Hoping they travel to their hometowns or for holiday. The less angry co-owner show up the easier for them.

But: they need a quorum of 25% of the people attending to make the first meeting valid. Now, if you are in power you easily can fake attendance by signing proxies from apartments/condos where the owners did not care/show up for years. It was done so in the past.

Anyway, if co-owners do not help together and replace the current committee we will see another two years with no progress. Of course, during the meeting they will present their results, fake or not, in the best way. They will make all kind of promises and then keep quiet for another 2 years, doing nothing.

A few days back they claimed to organize the meeting so late because of December being the last month loaded with year end extra work. But: business year ends in August of each year. So what extra work do they have to do? Of course no explanation was given. Everyone who knows Evergreen management knows when just an excuse for failure is being given….
